SCOPE
It is the responsibility of the Integrated Facility Manager (IFM), EH&S and Plant Engineering to ensure that all necessary licensees, permits are obtained and renewed to comply with Singapore Government Requirements and all necessary service contracts to support the operations of Hamilton Sundstrand Pacific Aerospace Pte Ltd.
This process implicates export control considerations and that accordingly contains steps to ensure compliance with applicable export and sanctions laws. Plant Engineering, EH&S and the appointed Integrated Facility employees must follow these steps in accordance with the export guidelines outlined in UTC’s Corporate Policy Manual, Section 20, Appendix A. If you do not understand your export obligations or require further assistance, please contact your local ITC for assistance.
Plant Engineering must ensure that the appointed Integrated Facility Manager (IFM) and its employee are informed of applicable export control requirements, including riders, conditions, provisos, and limitations in export authorizations, and that it conducts adequate oversight to ensure compliance with applicable export and sanctions laws. Plant Engineering must oversee activities of appointed Integrated Facility. The appointed Integrated Facility may not engage in activities or transactions involving parties, countries and end-uses that are prohibited under applicable export and sanctions laws. Prior to proceeding, Integrated Facility must screen the parties, countries and end-uses via MKDenial.
